MY HOBBIES

BASKETBALL
Ever since I was child I am exposed to this kind of sport. My father and brother-in-law would often bring me to court to watch them play. And since then I would always told myself that I also wanted to do that. I started playing when I got into elementary. Then I took it more seriously when we got into high school. I would always be elected to be our batch/section representative whenever there is an intramurals. For me this is not just a play, basketball is one of my outlet whenever I feel down, unmotivated, angry, or indifferent.

DANCING
I became into dancing because my former school (back when I was in my secondary year) would often host musical annually. It was the most anticipated event for that academic year, and only selected students can participate, act, and dance in the said musical. At first I was only doing it because of grade incentives, but I've grown to love it overtime. After musical, I also started doing Tambobong. It became my past-time every summer. Tambobong is dance competition held every summer, and our school would always have a handful of students representing our faction.

GREETINGS TO MY HUMBLE READERS
(if there would be readers at all)
❝ Document the moments you feel most in love with yourself - what you’re wearing, who you’re around, what you’re doing. Recreate and repeat.❞
- Warsan Shire -
I just thought it would be wonderful to get it all out there. I understand that life can be difficult at times, and we may feel lost on the inside. I've never dreamed about anything and simply do what my intuition tells me to do. I paid attention to what my heart was saying. I started to actually listen to my own self. And I hope my blog will start reaching more people. I hope for my for my words to travel the distance and make this written thoughts echo.
There are many things I still need to learn. I have a lot of stuff to see and observe. I still have to understand a lot of different viewpoints. My blog isn't flawless, it wasn't perfectly curated, and it never will be, but I'm proud of it today, because it resembles me and what I have become. I thank myself for at least attempting to venture outside of my comfort zone, for at least taking one step forward, however small it may have seemed at the time. Cheers to you for still hanging by and continuing on this blog, cheers to us, cheers to more adventures we'll share together. Enjoy scrolling down my blog! <3

“Fate does not come around at any time. To use the word fate, it has to be a dramatic moment brought by coincidence, that what makes it fate. That's why another word for fate is timing. In the end, fate and timing do not just happen out of coincidence. They are products of ardent desire and earnest, simple choices that make up miraculous moments. Being resolute, making decisions without hesitation, that is what makes timing."
